HandleStay – Returns and Refunds Policy

Overview

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us in the first instance. If you would like to return your order we will be able to advise further thereafter.

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we won’t usually offer you a full refund, but please contact us to discuss as happy customers are what we aim for.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • If not all items are returned (for example the supplied fittings are absent).

Refunds

Once your return is received we will contact you to notify you of such. We will also notify you of the detail of any refund due. All being well your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping of Returns

To return your product, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and for the item itself until it reaches us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
