HandleStays are shipped to you swiftly from here in the UK, and are despatched every morning except Sundays. The shipping service used varies depending on destination and any express option you may select:
- United Kingdom: The shipping service used aims to deliver within 2-3 working days and is a tracked service. If you require an even quicker shipping service, an express option is available at checkout which has a next working day delivery aim.
- International: For international orders, the shipping service used has a 3-5 working day delivery aim for Europe and a 6-7 working day delivery aim Worldwide. This is not a tracked service. If required, express, tracked options are available at checkout or on request before purchase.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are not in the UK, any taxes (e.g. VAT), duties or handling fees which fall due on delivery to you will be your responsibility to pay. If you would like any information on such fees please refer to local governing regulations or contact us. If a delivery is refused by you and returned to us, shipping fees will unfortunately be non-refundable.
Packaging
Your HandleStay(s) will ship to you in a small, bespoke cardboard box. The box and inners have been specifically designed to house HandleStay(s) and their supplied fittings, and are made of laser cut or die cut corrugated cardboard. Instructions are provided on a printed note contained within.
If your order contains more than two HandleStays, fittings are typically wrapped within packaging material, so be sure not to discard!
